Description
We're looking for an experienced Senior Employee Engagement Manager to join our Employee Engagement team. This is a remote-friendly role reporting to the VP of Global Employee Engagement, you'll be responsible for:
- You will be part of a global team on our Employee Listening Strategy which involves key initiatives including: Employee Surveys (Culture Amp) together with Onboarding, Exits and regular Employee Pulsing
- Rewards and Recognition Program contributions for critical ERGs and DEIB strategy enhancements
- Contributing to and organising key In Person and Virtual Engagement events
- Working to enhance our Employer Branding through our careers pages, Glassdoor and Employee Story creation
- Helping to refine and launch our EVP
What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- Must have 3-5 years of experience in Employee Engagement
- Experience working in a Global Team on Global Programs
- Worked for US tech company
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Strong awareness of global cultural variances
- Great verbal and written communications skills
- Experience landing Global direction at a Regional level
- Able to quickly shift between priorities whilst manging stakeholder expectations
