We're looking for an experienced Senior Employee Relations Business Partner to join our Employee Relations team, remote-based. Reporting to the Global Director of Employee Relations, you'll be responsible for:
- Provide advice, counsel and resolution to employees and managers on complex and sensitive employee matters;
- Act as escalation for highly complex employee relations matters to provide recommendations that mitigate risk;
- Identify and drive philosophies and programmes to foster constructive employee relations.
What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- Must have 8 years overall experience in Human Resources, with a minimum of 3-5 years direct experience in Employee Relations
- Bachelors' degree in Human Resources or related field
- In-depth knowledge and application of EMEA-wide labor and employment law and regulations
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience in supporting Global Teams
- Demonstrable experience in developing and executing programs that measurably impact positive employee relations
- Experience within the Technology sector
