The Senior/Staff Analyst, Customer Success will report to the Sr. Business Intelligence Manager. We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our Customer Success team. You will delve into data, uncover patterns, and transform insights into applicable recommendations and strategies. Your primary focus will be on analyzing customer data to enhance the customer experience and improve business growth. You will work remotely in Costa Rica.
Responsibilities:
- Take complex business problems and use creativity and your knowledge of business systems, process and data to organize and collate the information required to inform decision-making and actions.
- Deliver financial and resource modeling to assist leaders in planning exercises
- Present complex data in an easy-to-understand way to guide action
- Create relationships, influence, and collaborate internally and externally at all organizational levels; to move things forward and remove roadblocks
- Pivot and adjust with changing needs.
- Product Management mindset with End-to-end Accountability.
- Develop data-driven proposals, analysis and powerpoint decks. Occasionally - POCs, wireframes, data instrumentation and visualizations.
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in Business Insights function
- 4 years in Tableau
- Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
- Experience developing POC, wireframes, data instrumentation and visualizations.
- Expert in data solutions backed with descriptive, prescriptive, diagnostic, and data mining skills
- Experience with Financial modeling & forecasting.
- Expertise with Excel/Google Sheet required.
- Experience with Snowflake and Salesforce.com
- Data storytelling skills at all levels, to both technical and non-technical audiences; you love to use your data insights to influence decisions
- Experience with direct engagement with Leadership for Ad Hoc analytics requests.
- Exposure to department within Support, Customer Success, Renewals, Sales, and Professional Services
- Deep familiarity with dimensional modeling/data warehousing concepts
"Nice to Have" Qualifications:
- Experience with analytical approaches both quantitative and qualitative, and their suitability in different contexts
- Refine and define KPIs; ability to make recommendations to the business.
- Curious with the ability to connect dots on processes.
- Strong attention to detail coupled with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to manage concurrent projects while navigating shifting priorities
- Experience with Einstein
- Experience with SAP HANA, SQL Server, GCP or other databases.
- Exposure to Business Objects, Qlik
- Experience with logical to physical, Erwin, ER
- Experience guiding analytics solution in a versatile environment and collaborate with diverse teams
- Experience with queries and display large datasets while maximizing the performance of dashboard
- Continuous Improvement - Track record in optimizing processes, leading iterative review cycles to deliver & improve on dashboard results that exceed user expectations. Create & set up SOPs to unlock efficiency.
- Data analysis experience - Ability to work with a variety of metrics, numbers, and data from multiple sources and conduct statistical analysis, including correlations, linear and logistic regression, and forecasting. Structure complex analytics.
