Job Summary: Are you passionate about Korean culture, fashion, and entertainment? Do you have an eye for detail and a love for interactive fiction and lifestyle games? We're seeking a smart and articulate Korean Fashion and Culture Consultant to help transform the gaming industry with cutting-edge, culturally authentic content.
Locations: US and Korea (Remote)
Responsibilities:
Provide clear, concise, and detailed feedback on art assets related to Korean fashion, jewelry, and cultural trends
Suggest updates and changes to character clothing and accessories
Ensure cultural authenticity in our interactive fiction and lifestyle games
Set high standards for detail and accuracy in all aspects of Korean representation
Will consult with stakeholders to maintain the authentic feel of the story and characters of Korean culture
Requirements:
College graduate with a background in Fashion or related field
Extensive knowledge of Korean culture, fashion, and current trends
Up-to-date understanding of Korean television shows, K-dramas, and reality TV
Ability to articulate differences between US and Korean fashion and cultural trends
Excellent communication skills with a keen eye for detail
Passion for interactive fiction and lifestyle games
No prior experience in the gaming industry required
Must be able to communicate in English fluently both written and verbally
Additional Qualifications:
Avid consumer of Korean media, including K-pop and variety shows
"The bar setter" - someone who sweats the details and sets high standards
Ability to provide comprehensive feedback that allows for thoughtful consideration and selective implementation
Position Details:
Part-Time: 1 day per week
Contract position until the end of the year
