Job Description

 

Reporting to the Revenue Cycle Solutions Manager, the Revenue Cycle Solutions Consultant will manage client implementation of Experian products from kick-off through transition, for both front-end and back-end products.

You will:

  • Collaborate and ensure standards for quality and customer experience are met across the board
  • Collect revenue metrics and product measurements for the assigned implementation portfolio
  • Work closely with sales on pre-sale components and scoping
  • Understand Experian Health's suite of products and how best to utilize them within several types of client settings
  • Leverage existing workflow strategies that embed and enhance our products within a client's workflow

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of healthcare revenue cycle implementation experience required - both front end and back end
  • Excellent project management skills (knowledge of project management process, tools and documentation)
  • Knowledge of Experian Health's products
  • Knowledge of legislation and regulations affecting the healthcare industry
  • Willingness to travel (less than 25%)
