Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
- Architect, design, and implement web solutions using ASP.NET and Sitecore CMS, adhering to best practices and industry standards.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainability of web applications.
- Provide technical troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in .NET and web technologies, identifying opportunities for process improvements and innovation.
- Establish and promote best practices for web development from documentation to coding standards, version control, and deployment processes.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the web development team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a web developer with expertise in ASP.NET.
- Strong proficiency in ASP.NET framework, C#, and web development technologies.
- Working experience of Sitecore XP architecture, configuration, and customization
- Solid understanding of software development principles, practices, and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Sitecore certification(s) or relevant certifications in ASP.NET and web development.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies such as NextJS, React and Bootstrap.
- Working knowledge of .NET languages (e.g. C#, Visual Basic .NET) and HTML5/CSS3
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and hosting platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).
- Experience with Sitecore XP is a huge plus.
- Experience with Umbraco is a plus.
