About the role:
As the Senior FP&A Analyst, you will be:
A critical part of our growing finance team, supporting strategic decision-making through accurate financial planning and analysis.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, clinical, and operations, to provide financial insights that drive impactful care delivery at scale.
- Develop and maintain dynamic financial models, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
- Create dashboards and KPIs to monitor financial performance and support strategic initiatives.
- Support the preparation of high-quality financial presentations for internal and external stakeholders, including serving as the key project manager for the development of the monthly executive summary for the monthly financial close, key performance indicators, budget vs actual reporting, and profit & loss statements.
- Collaborate with teams to perform variance analyses of financial results and provide actionable insights.
- Support the annual budgeting process.
- Maintain and improve processes for financial data integrity and reporting accuracy.
- Partner with other finance, actuarial, analytics, operational and data engineering teams to enhance decision-making capabilities through robust analytics.
- Participate in special projects and ad hoc financial analyses as needed.
- You bring a strategic, analytical mindset, and an ability to transform complex data into clear insights that inform decisions. You thrive in a collaborative, mission-driven environment and bring strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, consulting, or related fields.
- 3-5 years of experience within the healthcare industry, ideally with experience working for or with healthcare start-ups
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analysis using both G-Suite (e.g. Sheets, Slides) as well as the Microsoft suite of tools (e.g. Excel and PowerPoint)..
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous learning.
- Preferred
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) and financial systems (e.g., NetSuite)
