Description
- Proactively identify and engage potential clients through research, networking, and market analysis.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to retain and grow existing accounts.
- Generate leads through multiple channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and industry events.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Conduct client meetings and presentations to communicate the value of our recruitment services.
- Understand client-specific recruitment needs and customize solutions to match their requirements.
- Negotiate terms and conditions to secure new business deals and renew existing contracts.
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for client retention and revenue growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform client strategies.
- Track and analyze account performance, client feedback, and other metrics to identify improvement areas.
- Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to ensure smooth and timely service delivery.
- Work with the marketing team to develop effective promotional materials and campaigns.
- Participate in team meetings, contributing insights to enhance the overall business strategy.
- Ensure CRM health by inputting correct data and updating information
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in account management, business development, or a related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills to identify client needs and growth opportunities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
- Experience in outbound sales and lead generation.
- Recruitment experience is a must.
