The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Technical Writer to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to bridge the gap between complex technical information and clear, user-friendly documentation for a variety of stakeholders, including consumers, internal teams, and regulatory bodies. If you have a strong background in electronics, technical communication, and a passion for creating engaging, accurate, and accessible documentation.
Job Overview
As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive and standardized documentation that enhances user understanding and ensures compliance with industry regulations. Your contributions will play a key role in improving technical clarity across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain high-quality product manuals, user guides, and technical documentation
Edit and refine existing content for both internal and external stakeholders
Create safety guidelines for electronic products, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and child safety warnings
Standardize documentation across various platforms and media, ensuring clarity and consistency
Incorporate visuals (illustrations, animations, and photographs) to enhance user comprehension
Gather usability feedback and continuously improve documentation for better accessibility
Write assembly manuals for toys, furniture, and other consumer products
Qualifications

Required Expertise:
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering or a related field
6+ years of experience in technical writing, particularly within electronics or energy-related industries
Proven ability to explain complex topics in a clear and concise manner
Excellent writing skills with strong attention to detail and consistency
Ability to meet tight deadlines and work efficiently under pressure
Experience with technical specifications and translating them into user-friendly content
