Job Summary:
We are actively seeking a Senior Website Project Manager to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a technical background and possess strong digital marketing acumen to work closely with our Web Design & Development team. This is a client-facing role, and our clients will look to you for guidance, ideation, and frequent updates to bring their goals to reality.
Responsibilities:
Create detailed project plans outlining deadlines and action items for every phase of website development and design from inception to final delivery
Lead daily or weekly team meetings to review project progress, address challenges, and ensure alignment with goals.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to determine the desired appearance and functionalities of websites
Conceptualize the website design process and collaborate closely with development and design teams
Lead the design process by working with graphic designers, writers, and web developers to ensure a cohesive vision
Develop user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces by integrating images, embedding videos, and adding plugins
Rigorous troubleshooting and testing prior to deployment, monitoring the live deployment of the website to address any issues promptly
Facilitate suitable interventions to ensure the timely and budget-conscious delivery of the project
Follow the project scope from proposal to technical work-up, quality control, feedback loop, and final delivery
Document website development processes and procedures for future reference and improvement
Prepare and present project progress updates for clients on a weekly basis
Work to find and solve any problems with the function of a web project, implementing testing processes and collaborating with technical staff
Stay abreast of developments and trends in website design and development, incorporating innovative practices into projects
Keep projects on budget or below, always putting the partner(client) first
Put together comprehensive SOWs for new projects with a 90% accuracy of scope hours based on investigation, experience, and research
Qualifications:
Must-Haves:
5+ years’ experience working in a technical project management role within an agency setting handling multiple clients simultaneously (8-12).
5+ years’ experience working with e-commerce and D2C brands
Experience working with platforms such as Shopify, Figma, WooCommerce and WordPress is an absolute must. No exceptions.
Experience working with budgets between $10,000 - $100,000 + per project
Experience in client-facing roles.
Having a keen eye for design is an absolute must
Challenge the status quo and don’t accept things that can be better
Digital marketing acumen is a huge plus
Ability to interpret data to proactively identify and solve problems
Identify areas of opportunity with clients marketing materials, website, and overall business
Communication skills - the kind where your message gets through to any audience
Creative problem-solving capabilities: think outside the box, inside the box, and all around the box
Ability to prioritize the priorities at the moment; know what you need to do and when you need to do it

Nice-to-Haves:
Experience working with tools such as Adobe and Photoshop is a big plus
