Position Overview
Agiloft is building a world class Go-To-Market Operations team to support its aggressive growth agenda. We seek collaborative, enthusiastic and highly analytical individuals to join our success-driven and data-driven culture.
As a key member of the GTM Operations Team, under the supervision of the GTM Operations Manager, your primary responsibility will be to drive operational excellence for the SDR Team, which includes supporting SDRs and Sales Leadership. You will take the lead in equipping them with the necessary data insights, tools, processes, and strategies to meet ambitious Pipeline Generation targets.

- Act as a trusted advisor to SDR Leadership & Managers, providing strategic guidance and support.
- Deliver regular, deeply analytical insights on SDR performance to stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, GTM Strategy & Planning, fostering a data-driven decision-making approach.
- Implement and refine self-serve reports conduct weekly metrics reviews, analyze pipeline generation needs, document processes, and optimize the SDR user experience in Salesforce
- Partner closely with the SDR Leadership team to put structures in place that help the organization achieve its Pipeline Generation Targets
- Collaborate with other Agiloft colleagues to design and implement operational solutions including Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, Finance, People Ops, Business Technology, and Sales Enablement.
- Assist SDRs with process and/or system technicalities that arise
- Support the implementation of broader GTM initiatives.
- Other duties as assigned
- 0-1 years of minimum Sales Operations/Revenue Operations in B2B SaaS Environments.
- Excellent written and oral communication, organization and analytical skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with CRM (Hubspot, Salesforce),Groove or Outreach, Zoominfo or other leading sales engagement platform a plus
- An impressive work ethic backed up by verifiable work experience
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
