The Senior Analyst, Practice Engagement is responsible for advancing key business objectives within the Practice Engagement Team. This position is responsible for managing timelines, developing presentations, and producing deliverables to enhance stakeholder engagement. The role involves supporting strategic projects aligned with the priorities of the VP of Practice Engagement, providing vital project management expertise. Familiarity with value-based care principles and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment are essential.
This position requires an organized and proactive problem-solver who excels in planning and process improvement. With a detail-oriented and systematic approach, the Senior Analyst will help bring structure to ambiguous situations and ensure the achievement of key outcomes. A solution-oriented mindset and the ability to pivot seamlessly when priorities shift are critical. Strong project management skills are necessary to support project leaders and facilitate effective handoffs for execution.
We are flexible with respect to geographic location, and the ideal candidate will be comfortable working remotely/work from home within the US or be based from Bethesda, MD office.
\n- Support the VP of practice Engagement, the Practice Engagement Team, and other Practice Engagement leadership team members with research, data analysis, and project management including project tracking and reporting across supported programs
- Assist in developing meeting materials that simplify and streamline complex topics and business decisions, as well as support meeting facilitation. Organize regular stakeholder meetings, team meetings, record key points from discussions including next steps, and disseminate information in a consistent manner
- Coordinate day-to-day activities of assigned projects supporting key business initiatives, including Company Key Results and Provider Networks’ Operational Results, ensuring adherence to timelines and completion of key deliverables.
- Support the implementation of key cross-functional initiatives to drive Aledade’s performance, ensuring the team remains on track to achieve key results.
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree required.
- Proficient using Google Office Suite
- 2-3 years of experience preferred
- Prefer candidates with healthcare program and project management backgrounds
- Experience with value based care or accountable care organizations preferred
- Experience with Monday.com, Salesforce, Tableau or other data tools preferred
- Must be able to sit for extended periods and perform tasks on a computer
- Willingness to travel as needed to Aledade’s headquarters or retreat locations. (Est. 2-4 trips/year)
