We are searching for Senior Business Process Analyst to join the team. In this role you will leverage your deep business process expertise to unlock critical insights from diverse sources, informing strategic decisions and program improvements that ultimately enhance the ability to determine patient population burden of illness.
\n- Process Modeling: Proficiency in using various process modeling techniques such as BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) or UML (Unified Modeling Language) to diagram and document current and future state processes.
- Process Automation: Knowledge of workflow automation tools like Zapier, Microsoft Power Automate, or UiPath to streamline repetitive tasks and optimize business processes.
- Project Management: Basic project management skills to plan, execute, and monitor process improvement initiatives. Knowledge of project management methodologies like Agile or Waterfall.
- Requirements Gathering: Ability to elicit and document business requirements from stakeholders to ensure that process improvements align with organizational goals and objectives.
- Quality Management: Understanding of quality management principles such as Six Sigma or Lean methodologies to identify and eliminate defects, waste, and inefficiencies in processes.
- Risk Management: Understanding of risk management concepts to identify potential risks associated with process changes and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.
- Change Management: Understanding of change management principles to effectively communicate process changes, manage resistance, and facilitate smooth transitions within the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a business process analytics or data analyst role.
- Software Proficiency: Proficiency in using common business software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint), and project management software (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet)
- Experience working with Qualtrics or similar CX platforms is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, Tableau).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Business Process Reengineering (BPR): Familiarity with BPR principles and methodologies to radically redesign business processes for improved performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and facilitate collaboration across departments.
- Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving: Ability to think analytically, identify root causes of problems, and propose innovative solutions to optimize business processes.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and compelling way to non-technical audiences.
