We are searching for a Sr. Performance Analyst to join the team. This role is responsible for advancing key business objectives for Aledade’s quality performance. In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with various internal stakeholders, including pharmacy, quality reporting, provider networks, business intelligence and more. Additionally, this role will provide a key link to Aledade executive leadership as you report out on key quality performance indicators. You must be familiar with value-based care principles, particularly the intricacies of the Medicare Advantage (MA) Stars & HEDIS quality measures and the Medicare Shared Savings Program (MSSP), thrive in a quickly changing environment by bringing order to ambiguous situations, and deftly synthesize and connect different perspectives to drive critical projects forward.
This individual will be an organizer and problem solver by choice and enjoy planning, organizing and arranging processes to drive key outcomes. Through their work they will facilitate the effectiveness of the SVP of MA, execute the overall mandate of the department, and support cross-functional strategic work across the organization.
- Execute data analysis of trends across Aledade’s value based care portfolio by monitoring contract and payer-level STARS performance.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) relating to the Quality Key Result (KR) targets by working with BI to prepare monthly data reporting packages for KR steering committees and workgroups.
- Generate data analyses (e.g., pivot tables, aligning data sources, etc.) and monthly slide decks for KR workgroups and steering committees.
- Project trends to determine if performance is on track to goals.
- Facilitate communication amongst internal key stakeholders regarding data, strategy, and operations - including preparing for steering committees and workgroups, setting up ad hoc discussions (as necessary), sending email updates to leadership, monitoring KR and workgroup Slack channels.
- Engage and lead KR quality days and steering committees as needed
- Effectively prioritize and personally manage a variety of projects and tasks.
- Ensure timelines and key deliverables are met by following up with key stakeholders and delegating laterally across the organization
- Communicate successes and escalate blockers to senior leaders
- Document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for data analyses, regular written communication, etc.
- Bachelor's degree required, MBA, MHA, MPH, or PMP-certification preferred.
- 3+ years of progressive healthcare experience.
- Ability to travel between 5-10% of the time for team retreats and related activities.
- Sitting for prolonged periods of time. Extensive use of computers and keyboard.
