This is a REMOTE WORK role, but hiring Arizona based candidates only as our HQ and Contact Center is based out to Scottsdale and the HRBP is required to attend onsite meets occasionally

\n- Acts as the HR account liaison across Enterprise
- Participates in developing department goals, objectives, and systems
- Administers the compensation program; monitors the performance evaluation program and revises as necessary
- Administers and tracks ADA accommodations and FMLA requests
- Handles annual compliance training coordination
- Acts as back up for new-employee orientations
- Assists in evaluation of reports, decisions, and results of department in relation to established goals.
- Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to continually improve efficiency of the department and services performed
- Maintains human resource information system records and compiles reports from the database
- Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment and benefits laws and regulations
- Participates in annual open enrollment, annual compensation, and performance management cycle, and assists business leaders and employees navigating them.
- Reviews benefits with employees and processes enrollment, cancellation, or changes.
- Maintains and processes all Unemployment Notices and potential charges in a timely, efficient manner. Attends unemployment hearings when necessary
- High School Diploma/GED mandatory
- 4+ years of experience overall in HR, ideally as an HR Generalist
- 2+ years of HR Business Partner experience
- Possesses sufficient legal knowledge of relevant laws to independently handle employee relations issues, engage in manager and employee counseling, outplacement counseling and exit interviewing
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge and working experience in any Enterprise Level HRIS (Workday, ADP, Oracle, SAP, etc)
- Well versed in MS office suite with demonstrable ability in MS Excel
- Knowledge and working experience in Workday (Human Capital Management)
- Experience working as a HRBP with Customer Care Call Center /Contact Center teams
- Associates or Bachelors degree specializing in Business, HR, Organizational Development or related areas
- Reporting /data querying experiences

Work Environment & Physical Demands
AIP is a remote-first company, however our US based roles are open to in-office or flex work if you live in a city with a physical office location. This role has the opportunity to operate 100% virtually from your US based home office. We primarily collaborate with our US colleagues through virtual meetings (Zoom), email, and Slack. In this role, you will have to operate a laptop computer (PC or Mac available), computer software platforms, and other office productivity machinery, as necessary. Due to the nature of this role, you must be able to remain stationary for extended periods and must be able to observe and interpret written and/or verbal communication.
