Role Overview
The Data Entry Specialist is responsible for entering large amounts of data from various sources into the company's database and maintaining it. This role requires typing information into an electronic format and creating spreadsheets with large figures of numbers. The specialist must be attentive to detail and skilled in using computers, as even the smallest details can lead to challenges within the company.
Responsibilities
Questionnaires Configuration (For patient intake when booking a pharmacy appointment):
- Creating accurate and compliant FHIRr5 Questionnaires based on provided questions in PDF format and/or written requirements and leveraging tools to troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Contributing to the JSON Structures library to continuously simplify the process of creating Questionnaires
- Using Adobe Acrobat to map Questionnaire fields onto PDF templates
Dashboard/Reporting Design & Management:
- Efficiently design, set up, and oversee data dashboards tailored for non-technical team members, emphasizing clarity and user-friendliness
- Regularly update these tools to reflect evolving needs and data streams
Proficiency in Data Architecture:
- Delve deep into the data model, ensuring a holistic grasp of its nuances
- Use this understanding to identify potential areas for insightful data-driven decision-making
Collaboration Across Teams:
- Act as the bridge between technical data experts and non-technical teams
- Collaborate closely to ensure that data insights are actionable, relevant, and aligned with the company’s strategic objectives
- 2+ years of experience related to data entry
- Experience with Adobe tools and JSON library files
- Good command of English and customer service skills
- Ability to enter data into a computer quickly and accurately
- Proficient with computers
- Strong attention to detail
- Analytical and logical thinking skills, able to use various problem-solving techniques for best data comprehension
