Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Oversee project scope, quality, and budget.
- Time Recording: Approve and monitor project time recordings.
- Reporting: Create and manage project reports (e.g., RAID, Weekly Reports, Budget reports).
- Governance Meetings: Chair and lead project governance meetings.
- Continuous Improvement: Capture lessons learned for ongoing improvement.
- Communication: Maintain clear communication with both external and internal stakeholders.
- Team Support: Assist senior team members on large projects and support other team members in project delivery.
- Handovers: Control handovers to Managed Services.
- Risk Management: Identify and manage project risks and issues.
- Sales Support: Assist in the sales cycle during pre-sales.
What We Need From You:
- Digital project management experience: D365 / Business Applications project management experience highly desirable.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Customer Service: Strong commitment to providing great customer service.
- Problem Solving: Ability to tackle challenges effectively.
- Project Governance: Experience with RAID, HLRs, etc.
- Budget and Scope Management: Proven track record.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational abilities.
