Your Role
We are seeking a seasoned recruiter to drive our global efforts in non-technical talent acquisition. As a member of the Recruiting team, you will play a pivotal role in securing some of our organization’s most essential hires. You'll oversee the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, attracting exceptional candidates and contributing to a culture of excellence within our organization.
\n- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for business and technology roles, spanning all levels of seniority
- Create and implement tailored recruiting strategies for both established and emerging markets.
- Ensure an exceptional experience for all stakeholders, including candidates, hiring managers, and the talent acquisition team.
- Actively cultivate diverse talent pipelines by utilizing a variety of sourcing channels.
- Apply and enhance your expertise within the Web3 ecosystem to attract top talent.
- Collaborate on cross-functional initiatives to enhance talent acquisition processes across the organization.
- A minimum of 3 years of in-house or agency recruitment experience, focusing on non-technical roles within the Web3 industry.
- Extensive knowledge and expertise in the Web3 space.
- Skilled in sourcing, screening, and successfully hiring candidates while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing internal tools and applicant tracking systems (e.g., Lever, Notion).
- Proven ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and provide data-driven insights and progress updates.
