Who We Are Looking For
AuditBoard is looking for a Senior FP&A Manager to help drive growth. In this position, you will be a strategic partner to the Chief Customer Officer and support departments across Implementation, Customer Success and Renewals. This position has visibility and interaction with senior management and executives across AuditBoard. This person will work on assignments that are complex in nature and require considerable judgment, initiative, and knowledge to resolve problems and/or develop recommended solutions.
This position reports to the Vice President of FP&A and is a perfect role for someone who is passionate about driving results, has strong analytical & modeling skills, can work in a fast-paced environment and is an all-around great team player.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead FP&A activities, including Annual Operating Plan, Long Range Plan, monthly forecasting, reporting of monthly actuals, variance analysis, etc. Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting and analysis to the business.
Partner with the Implementation team to model out the efficient mix of internal vs. external capacity and optimize partner spend.
Partner with the Renewals team to synthesize performance across our renewing customer base and derive insights to improve renewal metrics, minimize churn etc.
Improving processes - identify and resolve gaps and inefficiencies in current processes to increase agility and accuracy, while influencing proactive action with the business
Additionally, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and publishing reports on key metrics, which will drive key business decisions. This role will be critical in guiding senior executives towards making sound business decisions in both the short and long term.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA a plus
10+ years of experience in a finance function and Substantial experience in Financial Planning & Analysis
Data analysis, financial modeling, and financial analysis
Experience with ERP systems, financial planning tools, financial systems implementations, including strong demonstrated use of Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Experience with Salesforce
Critical-thinking skills demonstrated through the ability to synthesize large quantities of complex data into actionable information
Ability to work and effectively communicate with all levels of the organization, including senior-level business partners
Excellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills
Data visualization, storytelling, and insights to solve complex financial problems
