As our Lead Data Analyst, you will work with Product, Marketing, and Customer Solutions teams to transform complex data into clear, actionable insights. You will help these teams make informed decisions so they can better serve our customers and drive business growth. Sound exciting? Well, that's because it is!

Each day you will:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders: Partner with teams across Marketing, Product, Customer Solutions, and Finance to understand their data analysis needs and deliver effective solutions.
  • Conduct thorough data analysis: Dive deep into data to uncover trends, patterns, and insights, translating them into actionable business initiatives and strategic recommendations.
  • Automate reporting processes: Enhance data collection efficiency by automating reporting tasks and improving dashboard visualizations using tools like PostHog, Redash and SQL

To thrive as our Data Analyst, you would:

  • Be proactive and self-motivated: You take initiative to identify opportunities for data-driven improvements and are eager to learn and implement new technologies and methodologies.
  • Have strong technical expertise: You are proficient in SQL and experienced with analytics tools such as Posthog, Mixpanel, or Amplitude, as well as visualization platforms like Redash, Looker, or Tableau.
  • Excel in analytical and problem-solving skills: You have a keen eye for detail and can transform complex data sets into meaningful insights.
  • Communicate effectively: You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders clearly and effectively.
  • Collaborate well with others: You are a team player with strong interpersonal skills, capable of building effective partnerships across various departments.
  • Thrive in a remote environment: You are comfortable working independently in a remote setting, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and staying connected with your team.
  • Be passionate about data and small businesses: You are enthusiastic about leveraging data to drive business success and excited about helping small businesses grow.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in data analytics
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's preferred).
