About the Role:
We’re looking for a Product Manager with a strong track record of building data-driven products in close collaboration with software engineering, data engineering and data science teams. You should also excel in engaging with our largest, most strategic customers to ensure their needs are met and help drive mutual success. Ideally you are an entrepreneurial and customer-centric Product Manager to drive the development of innovative, data-driven solutions for Motive’s most strategic customers. This role offers an exciting opportunity to directly impact the company's growth and strengthen relationships with key clients by improving their operational efficiency through cutting-edge, customer-facing products.
As a Product Manager, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including product managers, engineers, and executives—to shape and execute a roadmap that enhances workflows for companies in the physical economy. You’ll lead initiatives that span web and mobile platforms, leveraging technologies like mapping and machine learning to create impactful features for a diverse set of customers.
To excel in this role, you should be comfortable managing a complex, high-impact product area and have a deep understanding of customer needs to deliver simplified, effective solutions. You’ll be a strong advocate for the customer, while driving execution and inspiring your team to meet ambitious goals. Responsibilities

- Work closely with Motive’s largest strategic customers to understand their business needs and become a true partner to them.
- Execute a roadmap for strategic analytics products initiatives, aligning with business and customer needs
- Partner with software engineering, data engineering, and data science teams to help build a best in class data sharing and embedded analytics product.
- Analyze internal and external data, as well as market and competitive trends, to inform strategic decisions around our product offerings and go-to-market approach
- Prioritize & drive execution of products working with cross-functional teams (engineering, embedded, data science, design, marketing & other teams)
- Define data-driven outcomes and hold yourself accountable to them
Qualifications

- Proven software product management experience, and comfortable interacting with customers.
- Strong understanding of data architecture, APIs, data pipelines, and AI/ML applications
- Experience converting research and knowledge into useful product requirements
- Experience with data ingestion and integrations
- Experience with Snowflake, and Thoughtspot is a plus
- Experience with data platforms and understanding APIs
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with different personality types and seniority levels
- Experience working with large complex platforms which require customization to serve the needs of large enterprises
