About the Job
In your role as a solutions engineer, you will facilitate integrations between Babylon and various blockchain ecosystems, focusing on Cosmos and Ethereum networks. Your responsibilities include designing and implementing integration solutions tailored to different blockchain platforms. Collaborating with external partners and internal teams will be crucial throughout the integration lifecycle. These efforts will connect Babylon to boarder ecosystems, and foster innovation in the decentralised tech landscape.
About You
As a solutions engineer specialising in blockchain development and integration, your role involves leveraging your expertise to connect Babylon with various blockchain ecosystems, particularly Cosmos and Ethereum.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with external partners to facilitate the integration of Babylon with various blockchains.
Collaborate with Babylon core protocol engineers to resolve challenges during the integration and feedback from the external teams.
Design secure and scalable solutions for integrating with diverse types of blockchains.
Contribute to the development tooling/SDKs for integration.
Stay up-to-date with the latest research/developments in the blockchain ecosystems.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience as a software/solution/presale engineer in blockchain, with fluency in Go, Rust and/or Solidity.
Experience in Bitcoin, Cosmos and/or Ethereum ecosystem.
Expertise in building relationships and describing complex technical topics with customers in all roles/levels.
Can write effective technical documentation and translate deeply technical concepts into accessible language for diverse audiences.
Comfortable with working in an environments where the scope/responsibility can change fast.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with various ecosystems, e.g., alt L1s, bridges, oracles.
Contributions to open-source blockchain projects.
Familiarity with decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols and staking ecosystem.
Crypto-native, keep track of new crypto products / DApps.
Based in EU/US time zones
