We seek world-class, motivated, and passionate individuals for our People team. You will work closely with our Engineering, People, and business stakeholders to build the Belong team. The mission of this role is to recruit the world's best talent to Belong by conducting research to find, select, and reach out to candidates for engineering, business, and operations roles.

What You'll Own:
- Own different roles in business, operations, people and engineering both in Miami, FL and LATAM.
- Proactively address opportunities to constantly improve our pipelines
- Conduct screening calls to ensure that candidates are suitable in the basics, years of experience, technical skills, and salary expectations.
- Work with leaders across Belong to ensure the integrity of the end-to-end recruiting process.
- Develop a sourcing strategy tailored to each role.
- Embody Belong’s virtues and the People team’s first principles: kindness, adaptability, speed, and transparency.
Experience You'll Need:
- 2+ years of tech sourcing experience with a strong track record of sourcing tech talent of all seniority levels.
- Fluent in both Spanish and English
- Strong communication skills with all involved parties including candidates, hiring managers, teammates, and leaders
- Proficiency with ATS and management systems
- Ability and interest in creating sourcing strategies across a number of platforms, including LinkedIn, SeekOut, Facebook, Lever, etc.
