The Capital Team is integral to the success and growth of our organization. It sources the external capital that allows us to fund annually $7+ billion in loans. This role will lead or support various aspects of our investor-facing efforts with a specific focus on engaging, assisting, and onboarding new capital partners.
You are a great fit for this role if you are organized and thorough, have strong communication skills, and have a true interest in the financial markets.
\n- Respond to ad hoc questions from prospective investors
- Create and maintain various slides and charts to be used in investor communications
- Coordinate and manage on-site diligence sessions
- Manage data access permissions, i.e. third-party data providers
- Manage the investor onboarding process, i.e. systems and documentation
- Manage the NDA negotiation and execution process, with the help of legal
- Maintain visibility into key contractual terms for outstanding contracts
- Support internal and external communications when investor notification or approval is required
- Maintain Excel models that reflect investor allocations (forecast and actuals)
- Support execution and internal reporting of investor allocations (summary charts, tables, etc.)
- 2+ years of relevant work experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Intermediate+ skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint (or similar visual aid tool)
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or Business Analytics highly desired
- Experience working in financial services is highly desired
- Energetic, positive attitude
