Who we seek:
A client-facing project manager who will be assigned to work with our enterprise customers, driving solution deployment and customer roll-out success of BigID implementation projects.
What you’ll do:
- Work closely with client stakeholders in order to define project objectives, scope, business requirements, and associated timelines
- Plan implementation engagements and deployment efforts with BigID and client stakeholders while managing client expectations
- Engage with multidisciplinary internal and client teams to ensure a smooth rollout of BigID solutions and successful integration within customers’ environments
- Prioritize project tasks, effectively communicating project status, updates, and changes internally and externally, and working with the project team in order to meet tight deadlines
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Create customized diagrams, documentation, or process run books meeting specific customer business requirements
- Work closely with our Services, Support, Engineering, and Product Management teams in order to document product issues, and enhancement requests raised in the field, and create and update relevant customer-specific documentation
What you’ll bring:
- 3+ years of project management experience within the Information Technology/ SaaS space
- 2+ years in a customer-facing role managing enterprise software implementation and/or hands-on technical activities within enterprise environments
- Self-starter
- Ability to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with other privacy, data or security products
- Bi-Lingual in Spanish & English

The annual base salary range is $85,000 – $110,000. Actual salaries will vary and are based on a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is just one component of our Compensation Philosophy. Variable/Bonus Compensation & Equity Incentives align with individual and company performance.
