We are looking for a 3-month Contract Sr. Sales Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition Team.
In this dynamic role, you'll be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle – from sourcing top talent in the competitive cybersecurity industry to closing deals on exceptional mid-to-senior level SaaS Sales candidates.
What You'll Do:
Partnering with Sales Leadership to understand current and future hiring needs across the entire sales organization, including BDRs, Account Executives, Partner Account Managers, Sales Engineers, and Client Success Managers.
Developing and implementing targeted sourcing strategies that leverage your expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and other paid sourcing tools.
Identifying, attracting, and recruiting top sales talent through a variety of channels, including online platforms, professional networks, social media, and employee referrals.
Conducting in-depth phone and video interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit for our fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Managing all aspects of the offer process, from salary negotiation to ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
Building a robust talent pipeline to anticipate future growth and ensure we have a continuous stream of top performers ready to join our mission.
Staying up-to-date on the latest sales industry trends and best practices in recruiting.
Who You Are:
A seasoned recruiter with 5+ years of experience in SaaS sales recruitment, with a proven track record of placing top sales talent (BDRs, AEs, PAMs, Sales Engineers and CS roles).
Deep understanding of the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to offer.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Adeptness at leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and other paid sourcing tools.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to track and report on recruitment metrics.
A self-motivated, results-oriented, and detail-oriented individual with a strong work ethic.
Passion for cybersecurity and understanding of the impact our solutions have on businesses.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where innovation is key.
