Sales Compensation Analyst
Location: Remote East Coast, United States
We are looking for a Sales Compensation Analyst to be responsible for the maintenance and processing of internal commissions data and ensuring the technology systems supporting our incentive programs run smoothly. You will have the chance to learn about the Revenue Operations ecosystem within a complex and forward-thinking software environment at a rapidly growing cyber security company. You will partner with sales operations, sales leadership and finance to deliver a best-in-class sales incentive management process.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end sales compensation payment calculation process for monthly commission attainment, SPIFFs, upfront draws, and ad-hoc payments
- Confirm and issue accurate earnings statements to sales participants and provide payment details to payroll
- Document compensations plans and commission processes as a reference for sales that links bookings policy, plan design, and calculation rules
- Own the administration and maintenance of the Xactly incentive compensation management platform as well as data integrations
- Assist accounting team with recording commission accruals and deferred commission expense as well as assist with general ledger reconciliations
- Install and manage key controls and audit trails
- Partner with the HR department to ensure sales incentive targets are correct
- Establish best practices in sales commission administration outside of the US
Requirements:
- 5+ years of managing commissions process in a SaaS enterprise organization with several hundred global sales plan participants
- Proficiency with Xactly Incentive compensation tool and Salesforce
- Exceptional skills in Excel.
- Able to prioritize and multitask effectively
