We are seeking a proactive and organized individual to join our Sales team. This role is ideal for someone with exceptional English-speaking skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for helping businesses thrive. The successful candidate will manage multiple projects, support client service initiatives, and ensure the smooth running of operations in a fast-paced environment.
Bold Business is a US-based leading global business processing outsourcing firm with over 25 years experience and $7B+ in client engagements. We enable small and publicly traded businesses to scale by providing global outsourcing talent services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and qualify potential prospects. Engage those prospects through outreach.
- Nurture leads and schedule meetings: employ creative methods to bring leads into the organization by engaging them.
- Gather market intelligence and assist with sales enablement activities.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and adjusting priorities as necessary.
- Maintain databases and tracking systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team.
Qualifications:
- No prior experience is required; however, any related experience would be valued. Ideally with a US-based company (preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent English-speaking skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Technology proficiency: ability to use sales intelligence tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace.
- Experience working with teams across different time zones is a plus.
- Proactive problem-solver with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
