The NetSuite Business Analyst and Application Support will be responsible for providing comprehensive support and analysis for our NetSuite ERP system. This role involves troubleshooting, system configuration, user training, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure optimal utilization of NetSuite across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day support for NetSuite users, addressing and resolving system issues and inquiries.
Perform system configuration, customization, and maintenance to optimize NetSuite performance.
Collaborate with various departments to understand business needs and translate them into NetSuite solutions.
Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies.
Develop and maintain documentation for system processes, configurations, and procedures.
Create and deliver user training sessions and materials to enhance system proficiency across the organization.
Work with external vendors and consultants to implement and manage NetSuite integrations and upgrades.
Assist in the development and execution of testing plans for system enhancements and new functionalities.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Stay updated with NetSuite best practices and industry trends to ensure the organization maximizes its investment in the ERP system.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a NetSuite support or analyst role.
Strong understanding of NetSuite ERP modules, including financials and supply chain.
Experience with NetSuite customization tools such as SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using NetSuite reporting tools and SQL.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
