Our client, a leading data-driven marketing and branding agency with offices in Los Angeles, New York, and San Francisco, is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their remote team. This role is ideal for someone currently working in an agency setting (marketing, advertising, communications, creative) and who excels at managing client accounts.
Position Overview
They are seeking an Account Manager who will ensure seamless communication and project execution. The primary responsibility will involve liaising with clients to understand their needs and objectives and working closely with their internal team to deliver an exceptional client experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in account management with a marketing agency.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
Collaborate with the Myosin team to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to each client's goals and objectives.
Manage the project lifecycle, including creating and tracking project plans, budgets, and timelines.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including content marketing, SEO, paid advertising, email marketing, social media marketing, public relations, and analytics and reporting.
Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to ensure campaigns are on track to meet or exceed KPIs and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
Provide regular updates to clients, presenting results and insights, and offering recommendations for future marketing initiatives.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the delivery of innovative marketing solutions.
Requirements
8+ years of experience in an account management role and agency experience (preferred)
Strong understanding of (or drive/hunger to learn) various marketing channels and tactics, including brand strategy, content marketing, SEO, paid advertising, email marketing, social media marketing, and public relations
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in (or drive/hunger to learn) analytics and reporting tools, such as Google Analytics, to measure and optimize campaign performance.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Direct management of Google Ads, DV360, SA360, CTV, or YouTube campaign paid media experience would make you a unicorn applicant.
