generating quality leads. This person will be responsible for crafting compelling marketing
campaigns, optimizing digital channels, and implementing innovative strategies to attract and

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy Development
- Design and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy targeting high-income professionals and business owners in vacation/resort communities.
- Develop campaigns aligned with our differentiators and Ideal Customer Profile.
Lead Generation and Nurturing
- Manage digital lead generation efforts, including paid advertising, social media campaigns, and email marketing.
- Develop automated workflows and drip campaigns to nurture leads through the buyer’s journey.
Branding and Content Creation
- Oversee the creation of content, including blogs, videos, social media posts, and client-focused resources.
- Ensure messaging aligns with our wealth-building and relationship-driven philosophy.
Analytics and Reporting
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize efforts and ensure a steady flow of quality leads.
- Prepare monthly reports showcasing ROI, lead quality, and conversion rates.
Partnership and Team Collaboration
- Collaborate with the lending team to refine messaging and ensure consistent communication of our value proposition.
- Develop co-branded campaigns with referral partners such as realtors and financial advisors.
Non-Core Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with vendors, such as graphic designers or video production teams.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors’ strategies.
- Organize and promote customer appreciation events and community involvement initiatives.
Day-to-Day Activities
- Monitor and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Update and optimize website content, ensuring SEO best practices.
- Coordinate weekly marketing calls with the lending team to align goals.
- Respond to social media comments and engage with online communities.
- Review analytics dashboards and make adjustments to campaigns as needed.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Proficient in digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
- Advanced knowledge of email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
- Strong experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights).
- Proven ability to generate and nurture high-quality leads.
- Experience in the real estate or mortgage industry is a significant plus.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Creative thinker with an eye for detail and design.
- Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
