Position Overview: Bullpen Talent is seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Recruiter/Sourcer to identify, attract, and engage top talent for our clients. In this role, you’ll use a variety of sourcing strategies to build a strong pipeline of candidates across industries and functions, including finance, real estate, marketing, and software development. The ideal candidate is dedicated to understanding the nuances of each role type and client business, combining talent acquisition skills with proactive sourcing and relationship-building.
We move quickly at Bullpen Talent—our average search time is less than two weeks—so we’re looking for someone who is both creative and efficient in their approach to finding the best talent and prioritizes quality over quantity.
Key Responsibilities:
Research: Gain in-depth knowledge of diverse job requirements, client business operations, and industry trends to target highly suitable candidates.
Job Postings: Set up and manage job postings in Ashby and LinkedIn, optimizing each for visibility and appeal.
Candidate Sourcing: Use various sourcing channels, such as LinkedIn, job boards, and networking, to proactively identify and engage potential candidates.
Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and alignment with client needs.
Talent Pipeline Management: Build and manage a robust, high-quality talent pipeline for quick access to qualified candidates for current and future roles.
Team Collaboration: Coordinate and collaborate with the Bullpen Talent team on special recruiting projects and other initiatives as needed.

Positive Attitude: A positive, enthusiastic approach to recruiting, fostering great relationships with clients, candidates, and team members.
Recruiting Experience: Demonstrated success in talent acquisition, with experience placing candidates across diverse levels and industries and in tight time frames.
Communication & Relationship-Building: Strong interpersonal skills, enabling you to build trusted relationships with clients and candidates alike.
Self-Motivated Learner: Eagerness to learn about different job types, skill sets, and client businesses.
Passion for Remote Work: A strong understanding of the remote talent landscape, especially in Latin America.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn job slots, and ClickUp is a plus.
