Overview:
Our client, a fast-growing B2B company, is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer with strong experience in both graphic design and video production. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating visually appealing content tailored for digital platforms, including social media and websites. This role requires a dynamic designer who can effectively communicate ideas through creative visuals and multimedia content, contributing to the company's branding and marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design: Create high-quality visuals for digital platforms, including social media, email campaigns, and websites. This includes designing banners, ads, infographics, and other marketing materials.
Video Production: Plan, shoot, and edit engaging videos for social media and digital advertising campaigns.
Web Design: Collaborate with the web development team to create user-friendly and visually appealing website designs that align with the company's brand.
Content Creation for Social Media: Develop creative assets for social platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook), ensuring consistency with the company's voice and style.
Branding Support: Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and contribute to building a cohesive brand identity across all platforms.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to support campaigns and product launches with strong visual content.
Design Innovation: Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools to continuously bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.
Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and feedback is incorporated efficiently.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a B2B environment.
Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, video production, and web design skills.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, or Figma.
Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar.
In-depth understanding of social media platforms and the ability to create content that drives engagement.
Strong web design skills with an understanding of UX/UI principles.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
C2-level proficiency in English (speaking and writing) for effective communication with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work US hours.
