About The Role:
We’re looking for a organized and resourceful part time Recruiting Operations Intern to assist with special projects and recruiting coordination. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition and to work closely with our People Resources Team on various initiatives.
This is a part time remote role that will be 20 hours per week for 6 months with the possibility of an extension.
\n- Assist recruiters with candidate communication, scheduling and creating an excellent candidate experience
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers and interview teams
- Maintain and update candidate information in our applicant tracking system - Lever
- Communicate with candidates to provide updates on their application status
- Participate in projects aimed at improving our recruiting processes and candidate experience
- Assist with the development and implementation of new recruiting strategies and initiatives
- Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
- Help prepare recruiting materials and presentations
- Organize and maintain recruiting files and documents
- Provide general administrative support to the People Resources team as needed
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with applicant tracking systems is a plus, Lever preferred
- A proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
