The Role

Then you could be the next Senior Product Manager for our Platform and Experience development teams at Capture One!

As a Senior Product Manager at Capture One, you will be at the forefront of our effort to provide a personalized and unified customer experience in Capture One ecosystem, utilizing and enabling across multiple-channels such as Capture One Website, Account Management and Email, and In-App Onboarding. To achieve that, you will drive the design and development of key cloud and web-based solutions in the areas of Capture One Web, CRM Licensing, Omnichannel Personalized Communication.

You will be part of Capture One’s Growth Organization and report to the Growth Product Management Lead. Your role will require close collaboration with other Product Managers, UX designers and development teams to ensure a consistent and coherent customer experience. In your day-to-day activities you will partner with the Platform and Experience engineering teams, which are based in our office in Athens.  

You  will be responsible for driving the continued growth of Capture One by understanding the needs of our existing and future customers. This includes ensuring that solutions are developed with the right market and customer insights and making sure that concepts are grounded in a clear understanding of the technical requirements. Optimizing customers' experience in every state and stage of their journey with Capture One ecosystem is your ultimate goal.

You will be the voice of the customer in the fast-paced agile process of our development teams, and the voice of the development teams in the vision and product roadmap.

What you will do

Provide direction for the overall product development of Capture One together with the rest of the PM team, across the Capture One portfolio of products

Capture and evaluate customer insights and pain-points by exhibiting deep empathy to customers, their experiences and their needs

Mature and prioritize ideas and turn them into clear concepts, user stories and commercial opportunities

Partner with cross-functional teams to scope out features and ensure that product needs are managed effectively through the delivery phases with the right commercial priorities

Defining, maintaining and prioritizing a dev team backlog of features, user stories and defects

Drive new features throughout the design and development process

Work with development teams to pursue a high-quality solution

Presentation of status, issues, risks, solutions to stakeholders.

Participate in the daily scrums, sprint planning meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives

Ensuring solutions consistently meet standards and policies (security, privacy, etc.)
