Partnering closely with our Account Executives, Growth team, and fellow BDRs, you’ll play a pivotal role in building a robust pipeline of qualified leads. \n- Strategic Prospecting: Leverage tools and tech to identify potential clients, key decision-makers, and build targeted prospect lists.
- Cold Calling & Outreach: Proactively engage prospects through strategic outbound calls, personalized emails, and social media outreach.
- Discovery & Qualification: Conduct discovery calls to convert prospects into sales-qualified leads (SQLs) and book meetings for our Account Executives.
- Pipeline Growth: Nurture and engage with key accounts through relevant social media channels.
- CRM Management: Track all activities, maintain detailed notes, and ensure accurate data entry in our CRM (HubSpot).
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on Cardata’s products and services to effectively communicate value to prospects.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage prospects confidently.
- A growth mindset and a highly motivated, self-starter attitude with a passion for cold calling and driving results.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to connect with prospects effectively.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage time and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Enthusiasm for pursuing a career in sales and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
- Experience in sales, particularly SaaS or tech sales.
- Familiarity with sales performance metrics and data-driven selling.
- Knowledge of outbound prospecting tools like Zoominfo, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
