Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Software Developer to lead the development, customization, and integration of our new CRM system. This role is crucial in ensuring a seamless transition, optimizing workflows, and leveraging technology to drive operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, CRM platforms, API integrations, and database management.
Position Responsibilities:
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Lead the development, configuration, and deployment of our new CRM system, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Design, develop, and maintain custom integrations between the CRM and other internal systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Compliance, and IT, to enhance CRM functionality and user experience.
- Optimize data management, automation, and reporting to support business intelligence and decision-making.
- Ensure the CRM system adheres to security, compliance, and data privacy standards, especially within the collections industry.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and best practices to junior developers and stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum performance.
- Stay up to date with emerging CRM technologies and software development trends to drive innovation.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of software development experience, with a focus on CRM platforms.
- Strong proficiency in backend development languages (C#, Python, Java, or equivalent) and frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Experience with RESTful APIs, database management (SQL, NoSQL), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Understanding of data security, compliance, and regulatory requirements in financial services or collections.
- Proven ability to lead projects, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive system improvements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
