About your role:
Clarvida is seeking a Marketing Communications Manager, a pivotal figure in steering our organization’s messaging and communication strategies across various platforms and audiences. In this role, you’re not just promoting a brand: you’re raising awareness about jobs and services that profoundly impact individuals and communities. The ideal candidate is a mission-driven, dynamic professional with strategic communications abilities, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a roll-up-your-sleeves-and-work attitude.
Occasional travel may be required.
You will:
- Lead the development and implementation of innovative marketing communications strategies that amplify Clarvida's mission and impact
- Build and nurture a diverse, high-performing marketing communications team
- Drive recruitment marketing initiatives to attract top talent from all backgrounds
- Develop compelling content across digital platforms that showcases our inclusive culture
- Manage our online presence and reputation through strategic communications
- Create engaging employee communications that foster belonging and connection

- Salary range - $100,000 - $125,000
