The team.
Our Enable pillar is working on core capabilities of our application, from user & account management to integrations, billing and payment systems. We are designing systems that can handle increasing loads of users and data without sacrificing performance or reliability. We work in an agile, value focused environment where we don’t just produce features for customers, but solve underlying problems.
You will work together with three other brilliant engineers on extracting authentication from our monolith to an external service on our journey to a fully distributed system.
This team has a high focus on flawless, reliable user experience as well as on code quality and simplicity.

What you will do.
- Writing reusable, testable, production ready, observable and efficient code using Python
- Designing and implementing low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications
- Testing what you code and contributing to how it runs, is deployed, and scaled
- Integrating user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic
- Implementation of security and data protection by design
- Integrating data storage solutions
- Performance tuning, improvement, balancing, usability, automation
- Collaborating with the Product, Research and Design Teams in order to understand end user requirements for the implementation of new software features
Who you are.
- You have demonstrable experience as a Python Developer (with Django) working for a Product-led/SaaS organisation
- You are proficient in designing & developing Web Services (REST)
- You have demonstrable exposure to working on B2B and B2C products
- Good understanding of public cloud services and modes of operation (Preferably AWS), Django, Application Development and pushing products to the cloud
- Strong familiarity with Architecture patterns
- Strong understanding of modern software development best practices like Trunk Based Development, Continuous Delivery, TDD, etc.
We would love if you have:
- Experience in a large scale refactoring project
- Experience using AI assisted tooling for development (we're cooking some cool stuff at Codility ;)
