About the Role
As a result of ConnectOS’ continued growth in the North American region, an opportunity has arisen for a Enterprise Account Executive to lead our sales function for all of North America. This role will be focused on developing new business opportunities with new clients, and maintaining the ongoing relationship between ConnectOS and our highest priority clients in the region. You will help to accelerate growth, increase our visibility and presence and establish a larger sales team in the region to support our global growth strategy. This role is also part of our leadership development program, where the successful candidate will be on a path to Regional Sales Manager within 12 months of commencement.
Summary of Key Objectives:
- Delivering growth through acquisition of new business clients.
- Delivering growth through expanding our footprint within existing client accounts in the region.
- Play a key role in evolving our value proposition, specific to the North American market.
- Enhancing ConnectOS’ overall presence within the North American region
Key Role Accountabilities
Growth:
- A consultative and advisory role, positioning and selling ConnectOS’ offshore staffing services into North American target market.
- Working closely with our marketing and lead generation teams to develop prospecting strategies to grow inbound leads to ConnectOS in the region.
- Maintain a visible presence at relevant US industry events.
- Increase awareness of offshoring through proactive prospecting into North American enterprises prospects,
- Create and maintain relationships within existing clients to deliver growth and increased footprint within these accounts.
Functional:
- Provide supervisory / team leader support to existing offshore US sales team (located in Manila)
- Maintain activity records in ConnectOS’ CRM (Hubspot)
- Maintain pipeline of active opportunities through to execution.
- Participate in monthly strategy sessions with ConnectOS Sales Leadership.
- Capture ‘voice of customer’ trends to identify common challenges/opportunities for US based prospects.
- Achieve agreed net headcount growth, prospect coverage and conversion targets.
- 7+ Years Experience in New Business Sales, ideally within the IT, Managed Services or BPO industries.
- Knowledge of offshoring / outsourcing / managed services industry would be advantageous although training will be provided.
- Demonstrated experience in consulting / selling to C-Level, Principle and Business Owners.
- Highly developed written and oral communication skills, with the ability to share ideas and information clearly and confidently to senior executives.
- Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders to drive commercial outcomes.
- Possess sales prospecting techniques (cold, network and marketing leads).
- Consistent, successful sales budget achievement of over $1m new business per annum should be demonstrated.
- Sound understanding of how to qualify opportunities and manage an effective sales cycle.
- Team leadership or sales management experience would help to differentiate the successful candidate.
- Strong in negotiating commercials and closing sales cycles.
- Experience operating CRM systems and managing pipeline.
- A strong network of senior decision makers will be highly valued.
- An understanding of the employment market / skills shortage in North America
- Travel Required : Some interstate travel for industry events (approx. 4 per year), travel to Philippines – once per year
