Position Summary: We are seeking a PeopleSoft Project Manager/Business Analyst to be an integral member of the team who will define, implement and oversee project management processes in accordance with client engagement execution environment. Candidates with strong consulting experience with governmental agencies are strongly preferred. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter that can perform well independently, interact with clients professionally, and collaborate with diverse internal and external teams. The candidate will be responsible for prioritizing and driving team performance as well as being the primary interface with the customer. The candidate must demonstrate leadership in an Agile software development environment. We are looking to hire someone who has strong leadership, communication, analytical, time, and customer management skills. This position is 100% remote.

Responsibilities:
- Meets deadlines and manages multiple, dynamic priorities.
- Communicates effectively and demonstrates ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Applies HCM knowledge and industry best practices in developing the to-be business processes and procedures.
- Provides customer support to end users and web service partners.
- Elicits and documents requirements and specifications from functional users and subject matter experts.
- Perform FIT/Gap analysis to translate customer requirements into the best fit within the PeopleSoft delivered application and develops to-be business processes.
- Defines and prioritizes User Stories and associated Acceptance Criteria.
- Develops and maintains standard life cycle documents per Treasury Standards, including but not limited to Business Requirements Documents, EPIC/Functional Design Documents, Defect Design Documents, etc.
- Supports application web service configuration and security setup as needed.
- Implements complex enterprise system configurations and end to end development design.
- Reviews and comments on proposed functional/capability configuration for each of the product modules.
- Evaluates and provides feedback on technical design documents and other associated artifacts.
- Defines test scenarios based on requirements.
- Creates test plans to prove each scenario through system and user acceptance testing.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information systems or other technically relevant degree
- Versed in the design, implementation, test and deployment of PeopleSoft ERP HCM version 9.0 or higher – Federal preferred.
- 5+ years of experience with functional experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.0 or higher – Federal preferred.
- Functional experience with one or more of the following PeopleSoft modules: HR Core, Position Management, Workflow and Self Service
- Must be a team player and be able to adjust to a dynamic working environment that supports a government agency.
- Must have strong written, verbal, and listening skills.
- Must have strong analytical skills and can demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner and success working in an Agile software development environment.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

- Experience with PeopleSoft Federal HCM 9.2
- ERP implementation experience on large scale projects
- Web Service experience
- Knowledge of Identity Management within the Federal Government.
- Experience with JIRA for managing User Stories/Sprints
- Experience with Microsoft Project/Project Server
