Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Vision: Develop and implement a cohesive product strategy for managed Kubernetes Services, aligning with market demands and CoreWeave’s strategic goals.
- Developer Advocacy: Be the voice of the developer community within CoreWeave, translating their feedback and needs into actionable product improvements and innovations.
- Product Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams in the design, development, and launch of Kubernetes services, with a focus on usability, performance, and integration capabilities.
- Service Optimization: Continuously evaluate and enhance the end-to-end user experience for CoreWeave’s Managed Kubernetes Services, from onboarding to deployment and scaling of applications.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, developer needs, and competitive offerings to ensure CoreWeave’s Kubernetes services remain a top choice among developers.
- Performance Metrics: Use metrics and feedback loops to measure the effectiveness of the Kubernetes services, making data-driven decisions to refine and improve the product offering.

- 5+ years of product management experience, particularly with Kubernetes services or other developer-centric platforms.
- Deep understanding of Kubernetes, container orchestration, and the software development lifecycle, with a strong empathy for developers.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of inspiring teams and articulating product vision and strategy to varied audiences.
- Strong technical background, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to not only make data-informed decisions but also intuitively balance customer benefit and engineering complexity.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, providing a solid foundation in software development and cloud computing principles.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $190,000-$245,000. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Hybrid Workplace
Successful candidates will be expected to attend onboarding training at our NJ Headquarters within their first several weeks of employment, with subsequent quarterly travel requirements of 1 week duration.
