The Division of Enrollment, through its central and college/school offices, ensures the prompt, effective and efficient delivery of vital admissions, enrollment, financial aid, student employment, registration, and academic progress services to students. Within the Division of Enrollment, the Undergraduate Admissions Office, in collaboration with Enrollment Communications, provides leadership for prospect management, student recruitment and communication admissions social media and yield strategy and coordination. Enrollment Communications is in search of a Copywriter & Editor who will be responsible for: Copywriting and editing Undergraduate Admissions content that targets prospective students and their influencers throughout the admissions recruiting cycle via email and print Reviewing communications sent to prospective students and other Admissions audiences Maintaining University brand and editorial standards The ideal candidate will be available to work 10-15 hours per week and will be available through April 2025. Hours can be worked on a flexible schedule, and pay rate is anticipated to be approximately $30/hour. This position provides the flexibility to work remotely at a location of the individual’s choosing within the United States. The New York Convenience of employer guidelines require New York State individual tax reporting and withholdings for this position. Additional individual state income tax filings may also be required if working temporarily outside New York State.
