Your Impact
The Enterprise Project Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the Director of Learning Design, Enterprise Solutions by optimizing and reinforcing operational processes, managing learning solution projects, and ensuring consistency across client programs. This role will focus on building and maintaining operational infrastructure, streamlining processes, and ensuring high standards for content development and delivery. The Project Manager will be responsible for timelines, resource allocation, and ensuring that our systems are optimized to meet client expectations and deliver high-quality content.
A day in the life
- Project Management: Lead specific learning solution projects, overseeing milestones, deliverables, and timelines to ensure the successful execution of client programs.
- Process Optimization and Reinforcement: Work closely with the account management and content development teams to reinforce and streamline operational processes across projects.
- Timeline and Resource Management: Create and maintain project timelines, ensuring sufficient wiggle room for content development while meeting client deadlines.
- Standardization Across Programs: Ensure consistency in operations and learning solutions across different clients by leveraging successful practices and templates from one program to another.
- Operational Infrastructure: Design and implement operational systems to support content development and ensure seamless client delivery.
- SME Hiring and QA Processes: Oversee and review the hiring and onboarding processes for Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), data/AI coaches, and instructors. Ensure quality assurance processes are followed and consistent across all programs.
- Testing and Optimization: Test, evaluate, and optimize operational systems and processes, ensuring they support scalability and efficiency.
Your expertise
- Experience in Project Management: 3-4 years of experience managing complex projects, preferably in EdTech, learning solutions, or content development.
- Operational Expertise: Experience creating operational infrastructure, implementing systems, and reinforcing processes to improve efficiency and consistency across multiple projects.
- SME Management: Familiarity with the process of hiring and managing SMEs (e.g., content developers, instructors, data/AI coaches) and experience in ensuring high standards of quality across learning programs.
- Process Optimization: Proven ability to identify areas for operational improvement, test new systems, and drive process optimization.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work with multiple departments (account management, content, product) to ensure successful project execution and alignment with strategic goals.
- Adaptability in Fast-Paced Environments: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize competing deadlines.
- Client-Focused Problem Solving: Demonstrated experience managing client-facing projects, with an ability to proactively identify and resolve challenges.

- This role is remote and can be located anywhere that is compatible with EST time zone. We are headquartered in New York City and have office space in Midtown Manhattan.
