The Role:
As a Visual Designer, you will be the hybrid creative force behind the visual direction of our influencer and social media marketing campaigns for many leading brands as well as Creator Deck's own visual and brand identity. You’ll lead the design process from concept to execution, ensuring that all visual assets align with client objectives and resonate with target audiences. Additionally, you'll help lead Creator Deck's visual storytelling via social, website, and more. This role requires a seasoned designer with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of digital and social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of visual concepts and design strategies for campaigns, including social media graphics, physical production design, digital ads, and branded content.
- Lead the visual design of agency pitch decks
- Collaborate with the customer success team and clients to define and execute the visual needs campaigns
- Oversee the design and production of all visual assets, ensuring high-quality deliverables that align with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
- Oversee the physical production design process, managing relationships with vendors, printers, and other external partners to ensure high-quality output.
- Manage the visual design for the agency’s social media channels, ensuring a cohesive and engaging brand presence across all platforms.
- Drive the visual direction of the agency’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints, including website, pitch decks, marketing materials, presentations, and client communications.
- Stay ahead of design trends, social media trends, and industry best practices, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation in visual design.
- Participate in client meetings, presenting design concepts and articulating the creative vision behind each project.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital and social media content.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- Experience in leading design projects from concept to execution, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing, and the role of design in influencer marketing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design concepts to clients and internal teams.
- Ability to think strategically and provide creative solutions that align with client objectives.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with video editing, motion graphics (After Effects, Premiere Pro), or UI/UX design.
- Familiarity with branding and identity design.
- Interest or experience in the beauty and fashion industry.

The salary range for this role is $65K - $70K, dependent on experience and geolocation. This role is great for a dynamic individual capable of multitasking, managing relationships, and delivering designs aligned with brand goals.
