We’re looking for a Channel Account Manager to join our ever-growing GTM team.
We want this person to be responsible for driving exposure into our channel ecosystem and managing distributor relationships. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong organisational skills, experience in channel management, and a proactive approach to building relationships.

Day in the life
Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, distributors, and internal teams such as sales, marketing, and product development.
Manage the partner pipeline, including lead generation, qualification, and tracking of opportunities through the sales cycle.
Provide partners with the necessary tools, resources, and training to effectively sell and market the company's products or services.
Ensure timely renewal of partner agreements and contracts, and work closely with partners to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Represent CultureAI at channel events, trade shows, and conferences to promote brand awareness and engage with partners and prospects.
Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key partners, acting as the primary point of contact for all partnership-related activities.
Align partner activities with the company's product roadmap and go-to-market strategies to ensure mutual success and achievement of business objectives.
What you bring to the team
The ideal candidate will have experience managing one to two partner relationships and either comes from a cybersecurity software start up or previously worked in the space.
A track record of successfully managing relationships with channel partners, distributors, and key stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with the ability to forecast sales, analyse performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
Demonstrated success in driving sales and marketing initiatives within the channel.
Proficiency in pipeline management and renewals strategies.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, coupled with a results-driven mindset.
