About the Job:
The IAM Senior Consultant is a customer-facing consultant responsible for designing, architecting, and building the technical implementations of IAM solutions at Cyderes. They work on customer projects and programs, act as the lead engineer, and work with other consultants and Project Managers to deliver outstanding solutions. They maintain a high quality of work and delight our clients. The IAM Senior Consultant will be an expert in their area of focus with emphasis on architecting and delivering SailPoint IdentityIQ (IDN) solutions.
\n- Work as part of a high-end consulting team to deliver product and domain expertise in Identity & Access Management
- Lead the technical architecture, design, and delivery of IAM implementation projects (focused on IGA solutions, namely SailPoint IDN)
- Lead efforts to gather business and technical requirements from the customer
- Own the functional and technical design for assigned engagements
- Ensure that the technical solution meets the customer requirements and performs as per design
- Create customer delivery documentation such as implementation and configuration documents, test plans, and run books
- Work closely with the project manager as the engagement lead to delivering tasks on time, within budget, and with high quality
- Help create strong customer relationships with technical stakeholders
- Share best practices with team members to contribute to enhancing the IAM center of excellence
- Become the trusted partner for clients by providing input across the IAM spectrum and making recommendations on the best steps forward
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in the SailPoint IIQ/ IDN environment doing:
- Design, architecture, installation, and configuration of
- Base platform configuration
- Authoritative source and target integrations (with experience in a wide variety of connectors and integration methods)
- Identity population mapping
- Lifecycle management
- Access certification and governance
- Role definition (birthright and requestable)
- Platform-specific workflows, rules, policies, and scripts
- Platform APIs
- Designing lifecycle event workflows within the IGA platform to meet customer needs
- Onboarding applications with associated data ingestion, provisioning/de-provisioning, and certification processes
- Configuring reports and dashboards
- Experience leading clients through discovery and scoping of IGA implementations; sharing best practices and leading application teams through requirements gathering processes
- Experience with databases (such as Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL)
- Experience with Java or BeanShell and PowerShell required
- Experience with the web technologies such as XML, SAML, Web Services (SOAP/REST), web and application servers
- Experience with scripting preferred
- Strong communications skills (written and verbal)
- SailPoint Engineer Certification, CISSP, CISM, or other certification preferred
- Readiness to travel up to 25% annually
