Area of work
The goal of the Platform team is to provide internal products, tools, services, and frameworks to enable Product teams to focus on customer needs instead of tooling. We work closely with the Product teams to increase their productivity and speed up software delivery.
You will report to the Area Manager and manage a team, focusing on project success and the professional development of your team members.
Role
We seek a strategic leader to join our company as the Engineer Manager for the Identity Team within the Product Platform area. The mission of our Identity Team is to ensure secure and efficient management of user identities and access across our products. We will work towards enhancing the user experience, improving security, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The team provides solutions using a platform-as-a-product approach and owns processes from discovery to delivery.
What you will be doing
Managing the team
Lead a team of 3-5 senior software engineers.
Facilitates the technical decision in the proper direction that meets the requirements.
Work closely with the technical leader of the team to develop an accurate technological strategy.
Facilitate communication within the team and across different departments to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.
Managing the project
Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Act as a hands-on project manager and people leader throughout the process.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on time within scope and budget.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders, tech leaders, product managers, and legal and security teams.
Develop people
Provide guidance, mentorship, and coaching inside the team.
Provide regular feedback to team members and help them set and achieve personal career goals.
Regularly assess the performance of team members.
Foster a team culture that values collaboration, innovation, and inclusivity.
Qualifications
What will help you thrive?
Proven experience as a leader in identity management or related fields (nice to have).
Experience in team building and leadership, with excellent mentorship and coaching skills.
Strong technological background.
You possess strong project management skills and have experience managing projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Growth mindset: nobody ticks all those boxes above, but a willingness to learn is strongly valued here.

- A salary adequate to your experience and skills. The range is broad so that we can accommodate our roles for all levels of experience, but we will show you the career ladder to explain where we see your skills and impact within the company". Your salary will be, now and always, 100% transparent to you;
- For B2B contract: between 30.000 and 35.000 PLN net + Vat monthly, or company cost equivalent on employment contract;
- Share options plan after 6 months of working with us.
