We’re looking for a results-oriented Marketing Specialist who will collaborate with cross-functional teams to help launch new marketing programs and drive targeted demand generation. You will support the wider marketing team on all go-to-market strategies and campaigns to generate high-quality leads and expand our customer base. You’ll manage our virtual events and webinar program to engage prospects, generate pipeline, and support dscout’s position as a thought leader.
- Working with marketing on campaigns across all channels, including email campaigns, creating landing and website pages, webinars, and digital advertising.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to align engagement strategies with business goals
- Working with the brand team to develop ad copy, draft landing pages, and create email campaign content
- Owning campaign setup, form and segment management, and email campaign reporting
- Supporting both in-person and virtual events
- Working closely with our advertising agency to optimize paid media spend and align it with current campaign priorities
- 2-4 years of experience working in a marketing role, with a background in digital marketing and advertising
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills - comfortable interfacing with clients and senior leaders
- Proficient in email marketing, landing page creation and optimization, and advertising best practices
- Strong copywriting ability, grammar skills, and high attention to detail
- Effective project management and time management skills; able to simultaneously manage multiple projects across multiple stakeholders and experience using project management tools like Asana or Notion.
- Able to work both collaboratively and independently
- Flexible and eager to learn new things every day
- Experience with Salesforce, Hubspot, Outreach, and Zoom Webinars preferred
- Genuinely interested in research and technology: you're technically curious, you enjoy learning about new products, and you are fascinated about how things work
- Knowledge of and passion for user research, UX and/or consumer research
