Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our client's marketing initiatives and help grow their national presence. As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing marketing strategies from conceptualization to execution, with a focus on expanding the brand across social media platforms, securing podcast guest spots, managing technical talent, and driving performance through paid and organic marketing efforts. This role requires expertise in Meta Ads, SEO, and social media growth, along with strong communication and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy Development: Lead marketing initiatives, identifying viable opportunities and seeing them through to successful completion.
- Meta Ads Management: Serve as the subject matter expert in Meta ads, creating budgets, overseeing content development, and tracking performance metrics.
- Social Media Growth: Develop and implement strategies to grow presence across platforms including Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Podcast Strategy: Research and execute a plan for securing podcast guest spots in target markets.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, including the PR firm and Outreach Liaison.
- Content and Talent Management: Identify, secure, and manage technical talent such as graphic designers and video editors.
- SEO Optimization: Help develop and implement SEO strategies to increase online visibility and performance.
- Project Management: Use Monday.com CRM to manage marketing projects and workflows effectively.
- Reporting and Analytics: Monitor traffic statistics using Google G4 and Analytics, create performance reports, and troubleshoot issues as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads, including strategy development, budget management, and performance analysis.
- Proven experience growing social media presence across multiple platforms.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively explain complex marketing strategies to various audiences.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining a high level of communication and organization.
- Familiarity with SEO and proven ability to implement effective SEO strategies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics (G4).
- Familiarity with AI tools for business use.
- Experience managing CRM systems such as Monday.com and Mailchimp.
- Experience in mental health or healthcare marketing (preferred but not required).
- Client Relationship: You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.
- Payment: All payments for your services will be handled directly by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you.
- Vacation Leaves and Holidays: While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client's business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.
Salary: $2000 - $2200
Schedule: EST
